Shipping policy

Standard: Shipping is currently with Royal Mail to anywhere in the UK.  We aim to dispatch items within 1-2 working days but we appreciate your patience when on occasion things just don't go to plan and delays occur.

Click & Collect and Special Local Delivery: Some items that are very large, heavy or fragile are only available to pick up in store by selecting 'pick up' at check out.  You may also be eligible for our Special Local Delivery Service for large, heavy or fragile items.  You are eligible for this Special Local Delivery Service if your purchases are over £200 and if you live within 15 miles of our Caversham shop. A member of our team will personally deliver your purchase to you in one of our grey Griggs and Mackay vans.  Enter your post code at checkout at you will see a message if you do not qualify for this special local delivery service.

By Special Arrangement: If you live outside of our Special Local Delivery area and would like to discuss other options for delivery of large or heavy items, please do contact us at shop@griggsandmackay.com or by telephone on 0118 946 1440 and we will be happy to discuss!
